I've been a huge fan of the Atlantica Online game for quite a while. NDoors was the original publisher, and I never had a need to really use their customer service, but they seemed like they were always "on the ball."
Unfortunately for many of its users, Nexon has taken over. Even after 20 days, they are unable to migrate our accounts, ...so we have been unable to play. Even though it's a free to play game, a lot of us have invested a lot in the Item Mall, and a lot of our own time. They refuse to provide ANY communication, or ETA on resolving this issue.
Presently, they have a C- grade:
