Extra Inventory Bags are bags that each has additional 15 inventory slots. You can have up to 4 of these (labeled Material Bag 1 - 4).
The Extra Inventory Bags are displayed below the Character Information and Inventory. The display of these can be toggle using the Open/Close Material Bag button (in the Inventory buttons at the bottom right of the Inventory window).
You can transfer items from an Extra Inventory Bag to your Inventory. Items must be in your Inventory before you can use or consume them.

Extra Inventory Bags are enabled via Extra Inventory Licenses.
