Quest - Enjoy My Home Edit

1.Leave a Gift in the Mailbox Edit

Do you know what functions are available in My Home? It's not enough to simply decorate your home. Depending on how you manage it, it could be a valuable asset. Now, let me teach you. Have you visited someone else's home? If you have, you surely saw the Mailbox. If you didn't, look just outside of their front yard. You can leave a gift or a letter for the owner if you click on the mailbox. ~ Do you have any close friends? Visit their homes and try to leave a gift. And don't tell me you don't have any friends. If you really don't, this is the perfect opportunity to make some! Choose any home you like in Community >Home Directory, and leave a gift in their mailbox. I'm sure you'll be good friends in no time!

Mission: Send an Item Using Mailbox

~

Did you leave a gift? Good. Don't worry about the owner knowing your gift is waiting for them. A note will be sent to the owner if a letter or gift is delivered to their home. I'm sure your friend will be excited to hear from you.

Reward:

  • Experience: 50,000
  • Gold: 50,000

2.About Facilities Edit

Did you look at the garden in your home? You can install 4 kinds of facilities in your garden.

They are... Herb Garden, Farm, Mine, and Lumberyard. These facilities will let you gather various resources for your home. ~ Each facility requires you to learn a certain skill. Why don't you find someone to teach you one of these skills? Another adventurer, or one of the nearby artisans should do the job.

Gardening NPC: Wendy Herb Mining NPC: Paul Miner Harvesting NPC: Jaiden Harvest Lumbering NPC: Jack Lumberman

Mission: Learn Facility Skill

~

Ah, great. You can see what Life Skills you've learned in My Info > Skills.

Reward:

  • Experience: 50,000
  • Gold: 50,000

3.Others' Facilities Edit

You can gain experience in facility-related skills by actually using the skill. The greater your skill level, the better items you can get from high-level facilities. If your skill level is low, you will only get items corresponding to your level, no matter how a good facility you go to. ~ Why don't we get to work? If you go to a home with a facility and right-click on the facility, a Use option will appear. Choose that option to begin gathering items from that facility. The best way to learn is to do. Why don't you give it a shot?

Mission: Use facility in other's Home

~

You've used a facility! Great! What? You tried 'Collect,' but sometimes, you failed? Ah, I forgot to tell you that you can fail to collect. I guess you need to shed some sweat to get something, right? Haha.

Reward:

  • Experience: 50,000
  • Gold: 50,000

4.An Eye for Decor! Edit

Did you look around inside the house while you were using the facility? You can place various furniture and decor like beds, sofas, curtains and dolls... Domovikha will explain displaying those items to you, so you can visit her if you need to. What I want to tell you about is the 'eye' to appreciate furniture and decor. ~ We call that Insight. You need to have Insight to display nice furniture and decor in your own home. It takes more than money to own nice things. If you'd like to learn Insight, speak to Charles Sight nearby.

Mission: Learn Facility Skill

~

Oh, finally... You've obtained the Insight to appreciate nice things. Good job! This skill is listed with the rest of your Life Skills in My Info -> Skills.

Reward:

  • Experience: 50,000
  • Gold: 50,000

5.Obtain Insight Edit

You want to know how to level up your Insight? Yes, that's it. Let me tell you all about it. ~ If you right-click on furniture or decor and choose View in a home, you can see the object's details. If you click on Confirm in the View window, you will receive Insight. Since there's an Insight listing in the Home Directory, why don't you find a home with high Insight and take a look?

(If you click on Insight in the Home Directory, you will see only homes where Insight was used in its decorations.)

Mission: Gain Insight

~

Oh, you seem more insightful already! Ah, did you fail your first attempt this time, too? Isn't the joy of success all the greater after the taste of failure? By the way, if you obtain Insight at someone else's home, the owner will receive bonus Insight points. It's a win-win situation, isn't it? Haha.

Reward:

  • Experience: 50,000
  • Gold: 50,000

6.Mercenaries Go Home Edit

Now, let's see... what else can you do at your home? Right, I know. These tricks will let you unlock 200% of your home's potential! First of all, let me tell you about your mercenaries and your home. ~ If you click on Send Home in My Info > Merc. Room while at home, you can leave the selected mercenary at your home. This opens up more space in your Merc. Room! Why don't you try leaving a mercenary at your home?

Mission: Send a mercenary home

~

How did it feel to see your mercenary at home? Isn't it a nice change of pace to just talk with your mercenaries for once? Haha, I guess I got a little excited, myself.

Reward:

  • Experience: 50,000
  • Gold: 50,000

7.Gifts for Mercenaries Edit

Now, don't think for a moment that leaving a mercenary at home is like having them retire. The real excitement can finally begin! The joy of recruiting a new mercenary lasts only a minute... and you must go through a lot to raise them, right? ~ Mercenaries who you send to your home will request Gifts, and if you give them gifts, they will receive experience. Oh, isn't that amazing? You should definitely take advantage of this. Come on. Try to give a gift to a mercenary. (Mercenaries request a new gift every 2 hours.)

Mission: Give a gift to a mercenary at home

~

You've given a gift to a mercenary. Did they like it? Were they excited? Haha. Well, if your mercenaries are happy, then you should be happy, too.

Reward:

  • Experience: 50,000
  • Gold: 50,000

8.Constructing a Facility Edit

So, you used a facility at someone else's home, right? Now, it's time to set up a facility at your own home. Facilities require careful management. That's because the facility's Yield will drop every time you use it. (When Yield becomes 0%, you cannot obtain items from the facility anymore.) ~ Now, shall we install a facility? You can purchase it at the Market. If you use the purchased facility at your home, it will be installed in the front yard.

Mission: Install any facility at home

~

Did you already install the facility? You're becoming quite the homeowner. In order to become a better one, you must manage your facility well. If you right-click on the facility, a Manage option will pop up.

Reward:

  • Experience: 50,000
  • Gold: 50,000

9.Use your own Facility Edit

Now, why don't you try using your own facility? It will be easy, since you've already used someone else's. You didn't forget to learn the skill to use your own facility, I trust. ~ Not only will your skill experience increase every time you use the facility, the facility will also get experience. You should use the facility as often as you can, since you can obtain more valuable items when the level of the facility is high. Now, try using the facility in your home. (The facility level will increase if you Manage the facility after it has the experience needed to level up.)

Mission: Use facility in your home

~

Well, you're taking to this more quickly than I thought! And now, finally! I'll tell you the best function available in My Home that every home owner must know.

Reward:

  • Experience: 50,000
  • Gold: 50,000

10.Mercenaries to Employees Edit

Sometimes you have your friends over, but... isn't it lonely to live by yourself? You already know why I'm saying this? That's right! You can hire employees to work in your home. ~ First step is to hire an employee, of course! You can visit Alfredo to hire mercenaries as your employees. By the way, if you want to hire an employee, don't forget that the mercenary you want to hire should be in the formation.

Available Jobs: Chef: Robin Hood and Bluetooth Artisan: Gyebaek and Oichi (Only Level 80+ Mercenaries can become Employees)

Mission: Hire mercenary as employee

~

You're not just a homeowner, but a homeowner with employees! Congratulations! My my! If you want to revert an employee back to a mercenary, you can visit Alfredo just like you did when you hired them.

Reward:

  • Experience: 50,000
  • Gold: 50,000

11.Activate an Employee Edit

Now, isn't it time you put your employee to work? When you enter the house, you'll see a button that looks like a big house where the minimap used to be. That button is the My Home Menu. You can use My Home functions with that button. ~ Open the My Home Menu > Employees window. You can see the employee you just hired. Please select an employee and Activate them. You'll see your employee begin to work around the house.

Mission: Activate an employee

~

How was it to see your employee in your home? Don't you want to know what they can do?

Reward:

  • Experience: 50,000
  • Gold: 50,000

12.Conversation with an Employee Edit

Before we get to work, why don't we get to know them? Now you're living with them... it wouldn't hurt to chat for a while. ~ If you want to chat with an employee, you need to use the Chat button. If you click on that button, you can chat with your employee. Now, go to your house and try to chat with one.

(If you want to chat with an employee, you need to have 50% Will.)

Mission: Chat with an employee

~

Did you have a nice chat? Very well. When you talk to an employee, their Energy will increase. Try to talk to them often since they need Energy to work.

Reward:

  • Experience: 50,000
  • Gold: 50,000

13.Resting Employee Edit

Why don't I tell you more about employees' Energy. You probably saw a Light Green Bar on your employee's chat window, didn't you? That bar indicates the employee's Energy. If you move your cursor over the light bar, it will tell you their current Energy.

~ Another way to raise the employee's Energy, aside from chatting is to let them Rest. Just like you did when you chatted with the employee, you can let them rest by talking to them and clicking on the Rest option. Would you like to try letting an employee Rest?

(You need to have 50% Will to have an employee Rest.)

Mission: Have employee rest

~

You got your employee to rest. Did you perhaps cancel their rest midway through? You shouldn't do that. If you Stop Resting, only a small amount of Energy will increase. If it's not too urgent, you should wait for the employee to finish resting.

Reward:

  • Experience: 50,000
  • Gold: 50,000

14.Employee's Skill Edit

Why don't we give your employee some work? You probably noticed the title 'Chef' or 'Artisan' in front of the employee's name, didn't you? That's right. You can have the employee craft. ~ You should teach your employees skills in order to have them craft. If you click on Learn Skills in the employee window, you can choose the skills you teach the employees. However, you should remember you can only teach 2 skills appropriate to the craft artisan. Please choose carefully.

Mission: Teach a skill to an employee

~

Did you teach your employee some skills? Good job. Now you look like a homeowner who's in charge of their employees. Oh, of course, it is more important how you manage them from now on.

Reward:

  • Experience: 50,000
  • Gold: 50,000

15.Give Work to an Employee Edit

As I mentioned, employees can work when they have Energy. Manage their Energy by chatting, letting them rest or giving them gifts. Moreover, they can receive experience and level up their skills through crafting. ~ Well then, can you give some work to your employee? You can also have them Work(Craft) through their chat window. By the way, don't forget to put the needed materials in your inventory!

Mission: Give work to an employee

~

How was your employee? Of course, employees can't craft many items at first, since their craft level is still low. However, train them well, and they will be useful.

Reward:

  • Experience: 50,000
  • Gold: 50,000

16.Register My Home Crafting Edit

However, it's probably not satisfying just yet, since there aren't many items your employees can craft yet. I'll tell you another way to craft using your home. You can do personal craft through 'My Home Crafting'. ~ If you start a personal craft at home... it will become My Home Crafting. Like to know how it's different? Haha. Your employees can help with the workload in My Home Crafting. How about that? Good, right? Come on. Go to your home and try My Home Crafting.

Mission: Use My Home Crafting

~

You didn't just start up your Home Crafting, did you? You also told your employee to help your craft, right? Of course! You need to actually tell the employee to help, or it's meaningless! Don't forget to make use of everything I've taught you. Make good use of your new home!

Reward:

  • Experience: 50,000
  • Gold: 50,000
