The Christmas Event quest chain is split into four independent quest chains. Each quest chain can be attempted in any order, so long as the level requirements are met. The first chain has no level requirements, so every player can attempt at least one of the chains. Any completed quest chain is automatically reset at the time of the daily Reset Time.
In order to enter Santa's Villa the player has to exchange the required Mistletoe at Guide Acong: 1F standing in front of the villa. This can only be done once every day. The player will receive the Mistletoe after being online for one hour.
